Booking Policy – Totally Tiffany Nails

To respect the time of our licensed nail artists and maintain a fair schedule, Totally Tiffany Nails enforces a clear cancellation and service change policy:


No Call / No Show: Will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Same-Day Cancellations or Rescheduling: Will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Service Downgrades: Will be charged the full-service fee for the originally booked appointment.


🔒 Important:

We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Cancellations or changes must be made through online booking or by calling the salon at (725) 777‑3700.

We do not accept cancellations via Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Google, or email.
